‘Protect Yourself Rules’ awareness programme (videos, booklet, guidance)

The aim of the awareness program is to teach children 6 age-appropriate rules to remember if they are ever confronted with an unsafe situation.

The rules are:

  • Safe touch and unsafe touch
  • Hitting is wrong
  • Doesn’t matter who it is
  • Stranger safety/Smart choices
  • Shout, Run, Tell/Tell them to stop
  • Tell a grown-up

The programme consists of several entertaining and interactive lessons/sessions which can be delivered both in class or 1:1.

The programme comes with straightforward lesson plans for the programme facilitator as well as engaging videos, booklets and activity ideas for children.
